Working on these points can help you get better quicker. You do not have to use all of these points. Using just one or two of them whenever you have a free hand can be effective. Points (A) -- Supporting Mountain Location: In the center of the base of the calf muscle, midway between the crease behind the knee and the heel, at the bottom of the calf muscle bulge. Benefits: Relieves leg cramps (especially in the calf muscle), knee pain, lumbago, and feet swelling. Points (B) -- Bigger Rushing Location: On the top of the foot in the valley between the big toe and the second toe. Benefits: Relieves foot cramps, headaches, tired eyes, and hangovers, as well as allergies and arthritis. Points (C) -- Middle of a Person Location: Two-thirds of the way up from the upper lip to the nose. Benefits: This first-aid revival point has traditionally been used for cramps, fainting, and dizziness.
